Microsoft Problem

Whenever I try to open Microsoft Word 2011 for Mac it says "Microsoft Cannot Open Because Of A Problem". I opened the details and it showed a long list of information and at the very end of the list there was a section labeled dyld error message and said the reason was there was an image not found. I tried going on the Microsoft website to redownload it and since I bought it before June 2012, the information about my order was lost. I really need microsoft for a project due next week so I need help ASAP. Thanks!

First off, this has nothing to do with Classic, the operating system available on pre-2006 Macs.

Secondly, http://www.microsoft.com/mac/ is their tech support page.

You may find reinstalling Office from scratch works better. Backup your data, and perhaps partitioning your hard drive to just have an operating system with Office installed. To learn more about partitioning, see this tip:
